IVA is an intelligent, intuitive and visual system for the digital evaluation of products and services. It consists of a web application as well as a web and iOS app.

My Role
I acted as a UI / UX designer and worked closely with developers using agile methods to iterate every detail of the application's interaction and make it understandable for the user.
Context
The companies and their employees concentrate on the continuous improvement of the further development of existing as well as completely new products. Feedback from internal and external testers is essential in order to successfully bring the products to market and keep them on the market. Whether vehicle, food & beverage or beauty and cosmetics companies - they all have the same goal.
Problem:
"How can we create an intuitive and generic application that allows testing and validation of different products from scratch in an efficient, chainless and location-independent way?"
My tasks

Naming and logo design
Competitive and market research, user research and needs assessment through interviews
Use of the rapid prototyping method to iterate and validate ideas
Establishment of product styleguides
Creation of use cases, user flows, wireframes & interactive click prototypes, design specifications for the development team
Creation, management & execution of usability tests
Solution
After the user analysis, 3 main personas emerged: planner, tester & evaluator. The planners, i.e. the creators of tests and the associated questionnaires or free feedback, can use IVA intuitively via the web application. The testers, i.e. those employees or users who test a product, can do this both on the web and on the go in IVA's own app. The evaluators receive the results from the testers in the web application in a matter of seconds, already evaluated with the help of intelligent logic and available for a presentation. No pen and paper is needed anymore!
